FACE, or Family and Child Education, is a non-profit organization that works with 'young families' in southern New Brunswick with financial support from the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. They offer support to families and caregivers with children aged 0-8 years. The services are for parents/caregivers facing challenges in raising their child, people concerned about their child's development or transition to school or those looking to be less overwhelmed.

Dalhousie Medical School admits 30 students into its Dalhousie Medicine New Brunswick (DMNB) program each year, giving students the opportunity to study medicine in their home province at various teaching sites. As a Dalhousie Medicine New Brunswick (DMNB) student, you follow the same curriculum as those in Halifax. At Dalhousie’s Medical School, the residency program provides opportunities for students to be placed in hospitals around New Brunswick.
